Getting a green card in USA was completely daunting. I know that there are options where I can run through the process myself, however Adam Solow's team made the entire process amazingly smooth. Heydi Diaz always treated us as real people and not just "another number". She perfectly explained each form and paperwork that we needed to submit and why. It wasn't just "...sign here..." which gave me confidence and knowledge about what and why I was signing. Even after the submission to USCIS, Heydi was always there answering any questions I had. Even when I received notifications from USCIS of changes to my status (which sometimes the USCIS site isn't very clear what the change is or why), I knew that I could always aks Heydi if there was anything I missed or anything I need to action. Heydi gave me full confidence that everything was entirely under control. If I could give 10x stars, I would.
