Impossible to get ahold of. My boyfriend has been in jail for over three months and I have called this office countless times to try and get Tim to get ahold of my boyfriend and he has not heard anything from him. He has tried to call from jail to the office and other numbers I’ve found and none of them go through as if the jail number is blocked from calling the office. So frustrating, I have a baby on the way and he should be able to get ahold of his lawyer. I know two other people who have him as their representation now as well who have been completely unable to reach Tim at all. This screams ineffective counsel to me..

I was given a ticket for assault I called tim and he had my case thrown out and dropped in a week and before my aranment. I didn't even go to court. He is highly recommended by judges and other lawyers and now I know why, he gets right to work and stays in touch with you..great lawyer and wonderful person.thank you tim ..I had a felony conviction and a few misdemeanors and tim still got my case thrown out.

We hired Tim for my boyfriends criminal case. He had gotten 2 felony charges, as well as a misdemeanor. Tim managed to get all charges dismissed! He is a very effective and up front person.
