Took over a service used and the support team is confused and difficult to communicate with. Not sure how they expect the customer to deal with their inefficiency. They place unreasonable expectations for b2b with no recourse. They very disorganized and disoriented on their customer relationships.

Has been a horrible experience for ACA reporting. Took support team 2 days to reply back to me why the template that was provided to me was not importing my files correctly. Took another 8 days for them to "back" the files out after IRS rejection. I signed up for their service on 2/14, they gave me my access to log in on 2/17. After all the horrible service I wanted to cancel, they said I would have needed to cancel on 2/15 by giving them a 45 days notice before 3/31 and they replied with that it was stated in the terms and conditions upon first user log in. How was I supposed to know the 45 days cancellation if they didn't give me my log in until 2/17? How does that make sense. Support is slow, don't count on your client rep to really help you out, they will just tell you to email the department in which you won't hear back from anyone for weeks. Doesn't seem like leadership cares that this is the way their company is ran and that they have unsatisfied clients. It's sad that my payroll company promotes this company because they are not that good, at least with providing timely support and responses to support tickets. I trusted my payroll company and I should have seen all the bad reviews first. I still haven't heard from their finance department and its been over a week so I can pay them for the horrible service.

Comically bad support. If you need something, good luck getting a response before you keel over and die of old age.

Terrible customer support for 1099 compliance. We missed the final deadline to approve the forms to be printed and mailed because they could not provide a solution for us to import our list of payees. I do not recommend them for 1099 services.

Joke of a company. Their so-called 'automated process' is really just a group of overworked, understaffed, and poorly trained employees trying to keep up. No wonder they can’t retain talent. Save yourself the headache—go with a competitor. Even if it costs a little more, you’ll get way better service and support.
