We had a local supplier hit one of our trucks with a forklift, and they ran us in circles for over a month, but they were still not fixing it. After expressing that we needed it in a timely fashion due to a trip they told us to go on the trip and we would have to start the entire claims process over and denied providing insurance claim information. We reached out to Bryan, and after explaining the situation, he sent a letter to them within 10 minutes requesting resolve. In less than a week, we had all of our claim information, so we no longer had to go through their corporate office to handle the damage.
