Prior to the retirement of Chris Brown, we never had an issue, but this year our taxes were done incorrectly and it has cost us time and money. We have been waiting patiently for over four months for things to be resolved. I keep on having to call or contact them for updates. No one has been reaching out to me without my prompting. We will be doing our own taxes next year.
