After consulting with a few immigration law firms, Stump and Associates was the only law firm that was confident about our case and knew exactly what we needed to do. Our legal assistant, Yesenia Nazario, was exceptionally helpful and would always respond to our emails, even outside her regular work hours. They helped us get my husbands advance parole approved in 5 months and he was able to go back to Mexico for the first time since he was a baby. After getting his legal entry and us getting married they filed our adjustment of status and got my husbands green card approved in 4 months with no RFE. I would definitely recommend them!

Front desk was nice. That’s worth one star. I was not impressed. The energy here is odd. It scared me they made us put our phones in a basket before a consultation. It was also terrifying sitting down in a room & seeing 9 camera angles of the whole place,, recording devices, etc, like you were in a maximum security prison with no way out. I’ve been to a lot of lawyer’s offices in the past (not related to immigration) & NEVER experienced what I did here. It feels like something is off. This consult traumatized me, it was so terrifying. We’re typically a great judge of character. The guy was blunt, cocky, rude, & cold hearted. Me and my husband have decided to do business elsewhere, with someone who at least seems like they care & listen. He is very glad we did.

Thank you, Mr.Stump and Alex! I returned from Vietnam with my visa and am waiting for my green card. So happy! A friend referred me to Stump & Associates and I knew that my was complicated and needed help. Mr. Stump told me he could help me and Alex keep my family on track while we worked on my case. Even with the pandemic, my case was processed and I went to interview in Vietnam last month. The process was long and required a lot of documents and information. im so glad that Stump & Associates kept me informed about the progress.
