I have not hired this atty personally but Im very close with 2 individuals that have hired him in regards to their mom's estate. Pat's communication skills are lacking integrity and his promises are based on who he is talking with at the present moment. He then hides behind his office assistant Samantha, while she wards off upset clients with generic excuses so that he can have another scapegoat for his poor business practices. A contract is signed upon hiring an atty and there should be no reason that it is deviated from especially when the money is due to be dispersed. Unfortunately, my friends are at the mercy of this law office and now are expected to wait for their settlement another 5 + days. It is 2025 and there are numerous ways to achieve getting payments to their rightful owners in seconds. I would not hire this firm for any situations that require the handling of thousands of dollars since they are archaic in their practices resulting in loss of income/profit.
