Jesse Lange took ownership of my situation from the very first conversation we had. He was incredibly thorough, taking the time to walk me through every step and answering all my questions along the way. Jesse was always responsive, professional, and clearly dedicated to making sure I understood what was happening throughout the legal process. As Trustee and Personal Representative for my Dad's Minnesota estate, I discovered that I needed to retain a North Dakota attorney to assist with probate of North Dakota mineral rights. OMGoodness... where to start??!? I did my research, read reviews, and reached out to three law firms... one of which was SW&L. Attorney Jesse Maier called me personally and had a relaxed chat with me that educated and informed me somewhat regarding what I was facing. I followed my gut and retained him to facilitate our ancillary probate. My initial impressions of Jesse were that he is considerate, thoughtful, and knowledgeable... and, months later I would add the words thorough, ethical, honest, and willing to go the extra yard to make sure things are done correctly and per some unique family requests.
