I don’t have enough words to explain what Swain Law Group did for me. They didn’t just represent me — they saved my life and gave me back to my family. I was wrongfully charged with first-degree murder in my wife’s death and spent 2 years and 7 months incarcerated for something I didn’t do. Dan Pond has been the best lawyer I have ever delt with. Genuine, friendly, prompt. He gave me straight answers, no 'around the bush' explanation. He was not pushy. He took the case seriously like it was his own. When trial came, he unashamedly stood for all that the law said. He fought hard and it was unimaginably grueling and emotionally taxing. He fought to the bitter end, while being peaceable with the opposing side. Very professional. We all work for money, unlike so many lawyers I have dealt with, justice towered above the money. Went in and spoke with them the other day, they are extremely helpful and did more than enough for just a consultation. They sat down, listened, looked over everything I had, gave me advice and what they believed.
