I would recommend this office to anyone looking to apply for any immigration benefit. They are truly the best ! They answer all you questions and concerns by email within a few hours or just the very next day. I would say I had a complicated case since I had two arrests as a juvenile but the team took their time in the details and put a thick packet together for me with a bunch of information so I wouldn’t have a problem in Juarez. Through this process I always had doubt and worries that I was going to be denied but the team was always there to talk me through it. Bardo was super helpful with his experience and also answered all questions I asked him and always spoke with the truth ! Anyways exactly like the team said I went to Juarez and had no issues I was approved right away on April 30th and now just waiting for my passport. I will recommend this office 100%! I will definitely be using them when applying for citizenship!
