My case was a bit complicated. It was so hard for me to get USCIS's attention to look at my I751 after my reconsideration motion was approved. I haven't gone home for many years because my case was pending. I've had two attorneys in the past, and they gave me bad advice and neglected my case. When trying to find a new lawyer, no one wanted to help because the case was complicated. They just wanted boilerplate cases they could stamp out. I kept trying in hopes of getting a good lawyer that will take my case. Luckily I found Tanner Immigration and Family Law. I spoke about my case to Jen Tanner, she was kind and had a big heart. She put in a lot of effort and patience to listen to me, she took the time to explain my options and the documents that I needed to gather. Brian Tanner took time to set up a video call to discuss further, he put a lot of effort to make sure I will get the green card. I never felt sincerely cared for by a lawyer in the past. They were both very positive thinking and eased my mind about the whole process. Great customer service and professionalism. They explain everything in detail and made the process a better experience. Months after hiring Tanner Immigration and Family Law, I got my 10 years green card and the following year I got my citizenship!
