I have been going to the Tax Drx for almost 10 years now. I used to go to Raul, but decided to use Hudson this time. Giving 3 stars because if you go to Raul, your experience will be 5 stars. He asks questions, finds ways to maximize your refund and is informative. If you go to Hudson, your experience may be 1-2 stars, given the taxes will at least be completed. Not only was he late to my appointment, but the entire time was taking and making calls to other clients. I didn't feel like I was given ample attention during my consultation. I was filing back taxes and was also charged per year, and wasnt made aware of that til the end of the consultation when payment was due. My assumption is that you're paying for the time spent for consultation, not per tax year. Due to this experience, if Raul isn't available this will probably be my last year filing with Taxdrx.
