I wasn’t 100% sure how to approach my tax needs/strategy at the time of my appointment. Mr. Ramirez’s tax knowledge was clearly vast, and he helped me understand where the next step was for me in an understandable manner. Charged $1200 for a simple tax return and still messed up my information and then expected me to mail the forms to correct his mistake. Staff is rude and incompetent as well. Went to an actual cpa, that fixed all his mistakes. I don't mind paying premium prices, when premium service is delivered on.
