Ashley Bickel is amazing! I’ve had a rough ride with the family courts and my ex. She has always been there for us and represented us with great integrity! She’s extremely personable and very caring. She is extremely knowledgeable with the court system. She was always on top of everything I needed and always had the best guidance to get us to where we are today! I will be forever Grateful to Mrs. Bickel. She was our savior in many ways. I highly recommend

Save yourself the frustration and avoid this law firm at all costs. My experience with Kevin Gardner was a complete disaster from start to finish. I hired him for a critical family law case, only to find out he was utterly ineffective and completely unprepared to handle even the most basic aspects of representation. From the very beginning, it was painfully obvious that he was more interested in keeping things friendly with opposing counsel than in fighting for my rights. His spinelessness and eagerness to concede to the other side’s ridiculous demands demonstrated a severe lack of confidence, assertiveness, and competence. When I hired him, he had only 3 months of family law experience, and it showed in every single aspect of his approach. He was more concerned about preserving his relationships with his colleagues than standing up for me, his client. His performance during mediation was an absolute failure—he pressured me into accepting absurd, one-sided terms from the opposition, which resulted in a laughably biased interim order that could not have been more in favor of the other party. Looking back, I realize that I would have been better off without him. His involvement didn’t just fail to improve my situation; it actively weakened my position. The only reason he’s responsive is probably because he has no clients to attend to. He simply does not have the guts, the legal skill, or the determination required to be a real attorney. His incompetence caused severe damage to my case, and I deeply regret ever hiring him. If you value your case and your time, steer clear of Kevin Gardner and find an attorney who actually knows how to fight for their clients. Those 5-star reviews are clearly from his colleagues and friends, not genuine clients.

I unintentionally left an unflattering review of this firm a couple of months ago. I meant to do so for another firm with whom we had a bad experience. The Bickel Law firm, specifically Zack Berl and his entire team handled our family manner in a impeccably professional fashion and its without hesitation I would enthusiastically recommend this firm to others. Thanks Zack & Kaitlin for all you did for me and my sister. We are forever grateful!
