However, I've noticed a decline in their quality and attention to detail recently. It seems they may be struggling to keep up with their growth, which has impacted their process and customer service. This is especially concerning because they are a law firm, where precision and client care are of utmost importance. Regardless of the cause, they need to improve their quality and customer service to maintain their reputation and meet the critical needs of their clients.

I paid 250$ for one question I have regarding my spouse's case ? (Valid marriage license). They failed to answer or help all they wanted was to pay another 1500 $ to email inquire to the US embassy. I told them i would be happy if you charge me over none issues,not before anything. The person who conducted the appointment was the big man who runs the show,poor respect,poor service.

After a very shaky start, Alexis morals took over as my attorney and did a fantastic job of getting everything checked and double checked. She was always responsive and timely with her updates. I would’ve given us a five star Review, but full the inexperienced paralegals
