I used to recommend this law firm because they had previously provided great assistance to some of our family members. However, I've noticed a decline in their quality and attention to detail recently. It seems they may be struggling to keep up with their growth, which has impacted their process and customer service. This is especially concerning because they are a law firm, where precision and client care are of utmost importance. Regardless of the cause, they need to improve their quality and customer service to maintain their reputation and meet the critical needs of their clients.
