I hired this law firm based on all of the wonderful reviews that are posted here, and I wish I could say that I had the same experience. My situation was supposed to be a simple divorce mediation. We had 1 item that we didn't agree on and thought a mediation might help, which it did and is the reason I gave two stars. My lawyer did do a good job at mediation, however, it took 9 months just to get that mediation appointment and another 2.5 months to get the final separation agreement submitted after having to review the same document over and over due to technical issues on their part (which I was billed for). Of course I called and spoke to Andrew wondering what was the holdup, why was this taking so long, and of course why was I paying so much money and taking a full YEAR on a simple mediation divorce that should have been over with quickly. He said he would look into it and call me back the next week which I did not ever get a call back and its been 2.5 weeks. Of course I get another invoice instead ... My retainer was almost completely gone before we even made it to mediation just from emails and case reviews and whatever else was dragging out over that 9 months. I know all the reviews are pretty and shiny but not everyone has that experience unfortunately. I'm now at a full year and still not done.
