I cannot express in words how much the Lawyer Goyal helped us. He showed genuine concerned from our first consultation. My parents don’t speak much English and he spoke Spanish and made them feel very comfortable. It was the only lawyer that gave us a piece of mind. We got result in about 3 month when the immigration appeals usually take over 6 months. He heard all our concerns and guides us on how to succeed. He is a great lawyer and I will keep recommending him. It is also very affordable compare to other lawyer that over charge for just a consultation. He is not only a lawyer , he truly cares for his clients and he is very knowledgeable.

I recently had the opportunity to work with The Law Office of Derrick J. Hensley, PLLC and Associates. First of all, the customer service provided was exceptional from beginning to end! Responding promptly to any inquiries I may had. They always had the big picture in mind and tried to approach my case in a strategically manner (always had the big picture in mind). The firm kept my files very organised and quickly fixed any minor errors I could spot as well as very knowledgable about the legal issues in the case. They were (ALL) courteous, respectful and very responsive! and were able work effectively and efficiently under tight deadlines and across complex intersections in different areas of law, including family and immigration since this was a very difficult/complex adoption case. Every single document drafted by the firm looked very tidy and professional and they were very sensitive to potential costs issues. Their online client portal made it super easy to communicate, review items, stay organized and on top of my case status, and to make payments! (I must add that they can be very flexible when it comes to payment options which made me feel at ease most of the time👌🏽). Mr Hensley and Associates worked in unity/collaborated effectively with my other attorneys, again, given that this was a very complex adoption that extended to or was build around a very complicated immigration situation. I and my family are very happy at the generally successful outcome of the adoption! Therefore, I can only extend enough the expertise and knowledge with which this firm will treat you and your case! Exceptional!

Our family was so pleased with the service we received from The Law Office of Derrick J. Hensley. They always provided prompt, accurate responses to our questions. The client portal made it easy to keep all our many documents in order. And Mr. Hensley was very knowledgeable about the complicated legal issues in our specific case. We also appreciated being able to pay using a payment plan-- it made these legal services so much more accessible to us.

I am extremely grateful for everything the lawyer Nitin Goyal has done for my husband and I . He was very helpful since our first appointment with him he explained very well the process of a work visa for my husband and then the application for his permanent residence. Everything worked out just as he explained and always answered any questions we had throughout the whole process. I truly recommend him and this Law office to anyone looking for immigration experts.
