My loved one and family are beyond thankful and blessed for the outcome of my loved one’s case. The situation with my loved one was post conviction and sentencing. Unfortunately, due to the situation, I’d talked to several attorney’s prior but none seemed as interested in fighting for my loved one or as confident in being able to achieve a positive meaningful outcome as Jesse. Several times the situation changed over the course of the year. I reached out and spoke with Jesse each time as things changed or progressed to figure out what was needed to fix and address the issue and eventual modification. Each time we spoke about the situation due to a change, Jesse thought of different approaches and strategy. Jesse is an intelligent, confident, thoughtful and caring attorney that listens to his clients and fights for them. You can tell he truly cares about them and the outcome of their case. He understands the impact on their lives, their loved one’s lives and their future. My only regret was that we had not found Jesse from the start of the case to fight the initial charges. I whole heartedly recommend him and his firm to help you, your family and friends if ever in a tough legal situation and need fierce advocates to represent and fight for you/them.

I had 4 lawyers prior to Mr Sanchez. When I hired him the first time we talked I wasn't depressed anymore he made me feel like he had it all under control. Turned out he really did have it under control he helped me more then anyone could expect above and beyond a lawyer. And he saw me as a person that alone was worth every penny. 5 stars from me

1. Promised callback same day/next day. Never happened. I have proof of follow-up. 2. Criminal phase began when police sought, obtained, and executed the warrant—not at charging. 3. Firm advertises affordable help for disabled clients. They confirmed payment plans. 4. Multiple attorneys confirmed valid pre-charge constitutional challenges. 5. Appears to be whistleblower retaliation. 6. Warrant based on allegations that are physically and electronically impossible. 7. Alleged server has been offline since 2024. 8. Suspicious timeline: • 6/11 — Corruption filings • 6/12 — Warrant signed • 6/15 — More filings • 6/26 — Warrant executed 9. I have been exposing local corruption and misconduct. 10. During warrant execution, officers: • Used excessive force • Seized unauthorized property • Ignored exonerating evidence • Obstructed/destroyed evidence 11. Supports a challenge. 12. High risk they seized/destroyed evidence proving misconduct. 13. I offered upfront payment with family help. 14. 17 years of legal study. I understand what is at stake. 15. Strong case law supports relief. 16. This should be winnable for any competent attorney. 17. Update 6/24/26: Called again. Still no callback. Delays are concerning. _______________ 6/25/26: No callback violation of conduct confirmed. Complaints will be filed. Highly recommended and unprofessional.
