Working with Mana Yegani and her team has been one of the most important decisions of my life. When we felt like we were running out of options, they gave us hope and, more importantly, results. I married my wife, who is originally from Guatemala, in 2018, and in 2019 we began the immigration process with Mana’s guidance. Everything went smoothly with USCIS, the U.S. Embassy, and the interviews — everyone was approved — except for one heartbreaking hurdle: my daughter was unable to attend the interview because her biological father would not grant permission for her to leave the country. Despite this, we continued pushing forward. My wife was finally able to come to the U.S. in 2022, after long delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic. But even then, our daughter’s case seemed to hit a dead end. We were devastated when we received a dismissal notice from USCIS and the U.S. Embassy in Guatemala. Even then, we knew we couldn’t give up — as parents, we were committed to doing everything possible to reunite our family. That’s when we reconnected with Mana. After a series of legal battles in Guatemala, we were finally able to obtain the required permission from the biological father. Mana and her team immediately jumped into action. They helped us build a clear, strategic plan and took the lead in communicating with the U.S. Embassy. Thanks to their persistence, professionalism, and dedication, my daughter is now here in the United States legally — something that once felt nearly impossible. Mana Yegani and her team were not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also patient, calm, and compassionate throughout the entire process. They worked tirelessly — even outside of regular hours — to ensure every document was complete, every deadline met, and every update communicated.
