One of the best things I have done is attend an estate planning seminar offered at Worcester State University given by Polly Tatum. So very happy that I decided to work with her office and her team to set up a trust. Caring, compassionate, knowledgeable team! Highly recommend!!! A++

I attended Polly’s webinar and was very impressed with her presentation. Prior to her webinar, I had sought out 3 attorneys for consultations over the past few years and each attorney gave me different information. Instead of feeling more confident in having my questions answered and receiving the guidance necessary to make a decision, I felt more confused than ever, which resulted in me not doing anything at all. I kept postponing but after the webinar, I went ahead and made an appointment. It was the best decision I ever made. Every single person I have spoken at the firm so far has been kind, courteous, compassionate and knowledgeable. It felt like I was talking to a friend! When I met Polly for our design meeting, she immediately put me at ease and after asking some questions, she proceeded to put together a plan specific to my needs. I am very impressed with everything I have experienced so far into the process and have faith that it will continue that way until my plan is in place. I highly recommend this law firm!

I have known Polly for about a year. I appreciate her empathy (she looks at things from the non-attorney perspective) and her honesty (she doesn't just tell you what you want to hear)! She is a refreshing change from what I expected an estate planning attorney to be!

I can’t say enough about Polly’s entire team. From the very first presentation we were impressed. The entire estate planning process was smooth and the team put us at ease with every interaction, whether it be in person, a zoom meeting, a phone call. They answered all of our questions and provided guidance along the way.
