Recommended to me by a friend of the family. Same experience as the other Google Reviews. Kevin Kelley took my $300 and said I had a strong case. Waited months with no follow up. I contacted the office multiple times. The person answering the phone is rude and confrontational and can never help or give answers. Just gets angry with you when you’re frustrated and says there is nothing she can do. Finally talked to Kevin again after several months. Told me again I have a strong case and to email him all the documents I’d already provided again. I did that and still no response. Several more months go by and I still have heard nothing. I called for another follow up and no one can ever talk to me but they will take a message. Had a former employee reach out to Vic who finally admitted they had no intention of taking my case. Called for follow up to the office again so I could hear it myself and was still not allowed to talk to Kevin (my supposed lawyer) because he’s never available. But the rude lady who answers the phone, who isn’t at fault for anything so how dare you yell at her, will take another message. Worst experience I’ve ever had with any kind of “professional”.

Very professional I wouldn’t hire any other law firm. Very knowledgeable in every aspect of the law. My case was handled with professionalism and care. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. Thank you so much

Poor service here. Victor and Amia were very enthusiastic to take my medical malpractice case and even sent legal documentation to the perpetrating physician but then spontaneously stopped all proceedings which forced me to go to a different lawyer. This sentiment seems to be echoed in other negative complaints of this law firm. Ultimately, I would start with a different law firm as you will likely have to at some point in your journey with this group. Would not recommend to anyone.

I paid the $300.00 consultation fee, met with Vic and Amia concerning a retaliation lawsuit, After the reviewing the facts Vic said he would take my case. The secretary disrupted the meeting getting vic out of the room before signing an agreement to represent. They said they would be in touch to proceed. 6 weeks later after numerous calls, emails and attempts to communicate with no response. the secretary will answer the phone and say there is nothing she can do, she's done everything she can, have you tried emailing them? yes. I can send you to their vm. done that. the reviews that they will take your money and say they will represent you and then not is absolutely true. They do not have the professional courtesy to say we wont betaking you case and leave you hanging.

I called and spoke with Kevin Kelly; after they took my consultation fee, he stated he would do some research and get back to me. I waited a couple weeks called and emailed and he has completely ghosted me! I would definitely not recommend this law firm to anyone!
