ATTENTION: people of color! On 2/3/26 I completed a brief intake form for this law firm and sent a follow-up email inquiring about the fees associated with an initial attorney consultation. On 2/4/26, I called to follow-up, I spoke to a receptionist who transferred me to Michael McMinn’s voicemail and left a brief message. On 2/5/25, I sent over a short narrative describing the hostile work environment, harassment (including sexual) and discrimination I have faced thus far while employed by M&T Bank located in Bridgeport, CT. On 2/7/26 I completed another intake form, but no one ever responded back to inquiry. On 2/12/26, I was transferred once again to Michael McMinn’s voicemail, however this time I didn’t not leave a message. I am truly disappointed that although your website states, “We help everyone” it is apparent that you do not. Needless to say, people of color be wary when working with this law firm

Michael McMinn was amazing and went above excellent standards !! He was compassionate caring , and communicated all aspects of my claim with me in detail , he made sure to give me a sense of relief that everything would be ok , if you need a lawyer he’s definitely! the one to choose , I had happy outcome and would use his services again

Michael is literally one of the coolest lawyers ever. Super personable and most importantly honest. If you are honest with him from the start, it will benefit you in the end. He gets the job done and Quickly. 10 out of 10 recommend! Got my payout in a little over a year's time. So happy I found his firm!
