We made the best choice with The Miller Firm. Mr. Miller was able to negotiate the very best outcome for our family. We used a different firm with a previous, similar case.....both cases had the same Prosecuting Attorney and Magistrate. Mr. Miller worked so well with them and the level of respect between the three was apparent. We did not have such a good experience the first time.

James Miller and his team went above and beyond for me and my kids. I was looking for representation for a modification of parenting time and child support. Not only did he get exactly what I asked for but he was amazing in communicating. His whole team responded quickly to every email and phone call. If I needed to speak with James directly, he made himself available. He was honest, straightforward and tactful. They had my case together and filed in a timely manner and made sure every box was checked. Disillusion/Divorce can be hard. I was attempting to do a disillusion on my own, but I was having trouble understanding the paperwork and navigating the process. I decided to look for an attorney to handle it for me. Like many people, I was on Google looking for affordable attorneys. I found James. He is amazing. Handled all the paperwork and led me through the entire process. James and his staff are incredible. If you’re looking for an attorney, I highly recommend James. He worked with me on a payment plan. His staff is professional. It was a fast and painless process.
