I called Sam Bernstein's Law Firm after my husband slipped and fell in a parking lot. I spoke with Dan Koester and he was very nice and helpful. Initially, I worked with Morgan Michaels and Mary Michaels and cannot say enough about how kind and friendly they were. Ron Marvin handled my husband's case and he and his entire legal team were outstanding. The team kept us informed throughout the entire process and I never had to wait for information. The communication was second to none. What a great experience and my husband's case was handled with top-notch professionalism. I was very satisfied with the resolution of the case. I highly recommend The Sam Bernstein Law Firm.

I had an amazing experience working with Sam Bernstein Law Firm, especially with David. From the very beginning, he made me feel supported and truly cared for. Throughout the entire process, David and the team constantly checked on me, making sure I was okay and comfortable every step of the way. They were incredibly accommodating, patient, and understanding, which made a stressful situation so much easier to get through. What meant even more to me was the personal touch—David and the firm went as far as sending me a birthday card on my birthday. That may seem small to some, but it meant so much to me and showed how genuine and thoughtful they are. I take pride in being able to say I worked with such amazing people. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Stars for exceptional representation & care I had an outstanding experience with The Sam Bernstein Law Firm. From start to finish, I felt supported, informed, and genuinely cared for. My attorney, Laura Dierwa, did an amazing job representing my case. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better lawyer. She always made sure I was taken care of and consistently called to keep me updated on everything happening with my case. Her professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail gave me peace of mind during a very stressful time. I sincerely appreciate all the hard work she put into representing me. Her litigation secretary, Laura Hood, was also incredible. She was so sweet, kind, and attentive. She regularly checked up on me to make sure I was doing okay, ensured I received all my paperwork, and patiently answered any questions I had regarding my case or settlement offers. She made the entire process feel smooth and manageable. The two of them worked amazingly well together, and it truly showed in how organized, responsive, and efficient everything was handled. I’m beyond grateful for the way they went above and beyond in representing me. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of a lawyer. Five stars all the way!

Sam Bernstein Law Firm is hands down the best firm in the state. Every single person I spoke to treated me with respect and were extremely friendly and kind. Corey McPherson held my hand through the entire process. He is persistent, extremely smart and well spoken, and made sure I was comfortable and informed throughout the entire process.
