We have been using Thread since January of 2024 and they are by far the best payroll and human capital management platform that I have ever used. From implementation to ongoing service needs, they are top notch. Our Account Manager, Lindsey, is the absolute best. Whenever we have an issue, regardless of who created it, Lindsey is all over it. In a world where customer service is in decline, Lindsey and the team at Thread exemplifies what taking care of a client should be. If you are in need of a payroll or an HR partner, I would highly recommend that you talk with them and see the difference.

This the best payroll system I've used so far! We made the switch from using another payroll company and I wish we made the move sooner! With the other company, we had a ton of work arounds because their system was limited but when I bring up a weird situation to our Thread rep, she always seems to figure it out and is able to adapt the system to be able to easily work for us. For example, with out other payroll system, employees had to have one cost center and we couldn't split the hours between cost centers. Our accounting team had to do it on the back end. With Thread, this was an easy fix and we have multiple employees who have two cost centers. Also, we have different types of employees with different leave accruals and we were able to adapt the system to work with us. The list goes on of the different situations that Thread is able to accommodate AND...my favorite part of working with them is their friendliness. I feel like they are an extension of our team. They respond super quick and are really nice. I know they have a lot more other features and even services but we just use the payroll. If I owned my own small business and I was the decision maker, I would have them do everything!

Our company has been using the Thread Payroll services and the HR services for several years. Every account manager that has worked with us has been of the highest caliber. They are all knowledgeable, quick to respond and follow through thoroughly with our requests making sure we think through every aspect of the issues we encounter. Amber Hensley is our Payroll Account Manager currently and she is amazing. She is always so pleasant and makes payroll processing easy and stress free. I couldn't ask for a better payroll partner. In addition to great people, the software for processing payroll is fantastic. It is easy to use, especially with the support of the staff, but has some really great process and reporting features that make my job as the Controller much easier. I would definitely recommend Thread to anyone.

I can't say enough good things about Shante Ross, Account Manager at Thread! She is absolutely fantastic and has been an invaluable resource. Her knowledge of the system is unmatched—she always knows the ins and outs and is quick to provide clear, concise solutions. On top of her expertise, Shante's cheerful personality brightens every interaction. No matter the complexity of the issue, she approaches it with a positive attitude and genuine willingness to help. Working with her is always a pleasure, and I am so grateful for her support. If you're lucky enough to have Shante as your Account Manager, you are in excellent hands!
