This young lady was so helpful during this process. My daughter recommended working with Tia because I needed several forms for medical reasons. I was genuinely surprised at how easily Tia explained the process to me and told what I needed that was specific to my situation. I had never thought about getting my affairs in order because its taboo in my family to believe such things are attainable. However, I understand the importance and value and its made things easier for my daughter and sons to make decisions when I cannot. It will also remove any family drama. 😊 Thank you Tia and my family appreciates you for all of your help during this process. I recommend to anyone in need of a trusted firm to handle all of your affairs.

Tia Smith Law is "The Greatest Of All Time" (The GOAT). If you are looking for the GREATEST Immigration Attorney in the world then don't look any further. The level of service that she provides is unbelievable. Her attention to detail and follow-up process is remarkable which means her customer service skills is TRULY AMAZING. She handled a case for me which I tried over and over to get resolved. She took over the case and left me speechless with the way she resolved the case. Words can't explain how appreciative I am to Attorney Tia Smith for all her help. Attorney Tia Smith you ROCK and You are AWESOME!!

Ms. Tia Smith, the owner of Tia Smith Law office is the best when it comes to advocating for immigrant and helping them adjust their status. You see, I had a unique case that most immigration attorneys were unwilling or not able to tackle and this has cost me a lot of money and stress. I was introduced to Ms. Tia through my Pastor and in about six months, my case was approved, and I received my legal documents. I don't know how she did it but she's the best and a miracle worker and I will forever thank her for that. She contacted me promptly when she needed something, and I was able to call her whenever I had questions. She kept me in the loop as to the progression of my case and updated me promptly when there was a change of status. She went with me to all my interviews and advocated on my behalf to make sure that I was only being asked the right questions by the immigration officers. She was by my side all the way and never was I felt alone during this tedious and scary moment. She is the person you need by your side no matter how complex or outdated you case is, she can do it and she will do it. She went above and beyond for me and I will highly recommend her for anyone looking for a immigration attorney. Prior to meeting Ms. Tia, I’ve been in and out of several immigration lawyers offices only to be told that they cannot do it, and this was after they've been paid.

Tia smith is professional, diligent and made the entire process seamless. The immigration path is sometimes complex and confusing. With Tia smith leading me,I always felt confident and secure. Tia and her team are fantastic! Navigating the complex immigration processes and laws in this country can be very overwhelming and I could not have have asked for a better lawyer or firm to work with. I have been working with Tia for the last 4+ years and she has always gone above and beyond what was expected. She made everything so easy for me and my partner and I highly recommend her services.
