If there was any way to not give even one star trust me that one star would not be there. After having our taxes done by this person we were told we owed a large amount of taxes. Just got off the phone with a tax expert that looked over our taxes for this year. They found soooo many mistakes made by this woman. They have advised us to get a tax attorney immediately. She showed us living in Alabama for the whole year when we didn't even move to the state until mid April. We sold our other home in Ga to purchase our home here is Alabama. She showing we sold an investment property in Ga causing us to owe lots of money to the IRS. THIS WOMAN SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO DO ANYONES TAXES!!! Its apparent she does not know or understand tax laws or how to even fill out tax forms. We will be on the phone with a tax attorney 1st thing tomorrow.

We absolutely LOVE doing our taxes here!!! Extremely knowledgeable and always willing to help get the best refund!! If I could give a 10 star I absolutely would. Won't ever be going anywhere else to have our taxes done!

Teresa has been doing our taxes for about a decade now, and every year without fail, she helps us get the best refund possible. My husband and I highly recommend Tick Tock Tax Service. Teresa is reliable, dependable and very helpful. She knows her business and will help you save money on your taxes if it is possible. I am so thankful that I found her. It is a relief to know that I don't have to do my taxes anymore and have someone I can trust. Her fee is reasonable also.

Teresa is awesome! She is a great communicator, asks to the point questions to help us better, follows up to insure she has everything she needs to help us and is very patient. This year, she did our taxes from out of state, and never skipped a beat. We had our return in 2 weeks approximately. Our home highly recommends Teresa to family and businesses alike.
