I highly suggest finding a different attorney. Tim and his team had my Ssdi claim for 2 months. I filed got denied. Waited the 2 months for Tim and his team to file the appeal. With 2 days left before the holiday and my appeal window closes I’m told to find different representation. It’s not a case he can win! Thanks for wasting my time. If I could give 0 stars I would.

They do not care about you or your case. Find an attorney who will actually fight for you, not someone who hides behind a paralegal and front desk staff. I paid four thousand dollars for basic forms, and even those were done incorrectly and took them 7 months. Once he gets your money, he avoids you completely. My money and time went down the drain. Lesson learned.

It's like pulling teeth trying to get me coode to call you back... He has been on my case almost two years and Iv talked to him one time when I made an appearance... I have very important concerns that his secretary says he can't help me with bc he can't give legal advice and says he's left messages for him to return my calls with no response.. it's very urgent. And Iv left 8 messages in 3 weeks for him to call and still no response... I can only hope he will help me more than this if we actually get in front of the judge for my SSI.. seriously considering calling the bars association

Stay away fromnlawyer Tim Coode—he scams! He charged me over $1,500 upfront and did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, while keeping my money. He never collected any paperwork from me, didn’t file a single document, and completely ignored all my calls and emails—yet kept my money. His portal was broken, and his staff offered no help; they didn’t even listen. After 3 years of a nightmare, I requested a refund, and he refused and blocked my number. Completely unprofessional. He is malicious and corrupt. ⚠️ Look elsewhere for legal assistance, and report Mr. Coode to the Tennessee Bar for professional misconduct if he defrauded and mistreated you the same. Don’t trust the positive reviews—they are likely fake.

I highly recommend Tim Coode and his assistant Piper! I experienced the transition from a two-year green card to a ten-year green card in 10/2024. My ex-husband threatened me with the green card and refused to sign for me, it was Tim Coode and his assistant Piper who helped me get my green card directly after 2 months, without interview
