I used Tomasetti Law in Newport, Delaware for a Living Will and they did an excellent job at an excellent price. They do just as good of a job as the places in Wilmington, Hockessin and some of the more expensive areas at a much better price. They were friendly, helpful, answered the questions we had; I would recommend this place for anyone who wants quality work without paying the exorbitant prices a lot of law firms charge.

I was referred to Tomasetti Law LLC by the Delaware Bar Association. My wife and I owned a single-family home near Wilmington that we wanted to sell to our tenants. Ray Tomasetti guided us smoothly through the selling process all the way through settlement. He saved us thousands of dollars in Realtor's fees. He's professional, organized, and thorough, backed up by a great office staff. I highly recommend his services, whether you are buying or selling property.

I have been dealing with Ray Tomasetti's office now for 20 some years and he has been wonderful to deal with. Professional, personable and knowledgeable. He and his staff are very efficient. I wish all business ran the way Ray's does!

I had been named an executor of an estate and hired another law firm toi assist me. I paid them 2600.00 and nothing had been done. A co-worker recommended Tomasetti. With the first encounter I knew I was un good hands. Chip, Jennie and Nicole have been more than wonderful. You wont be disappointed.
