Alex is hands down the best tax preparer I’ve ever worked with! He’s knowledgeable, efficient, and takes the time to explain everything in a way that actually makes sense. Tax season used to be stressful, but with Alex, I know I’m in good hands. He’s thorough, professional, and always finds the best possible outcome for my returns. If you need someone trustworthy and skilled, Alex is the one to go to. Highly recommend!

This place sucks and let me tell you why: 1. When you get to the room, if it's slightly warm outside like how it can be during tax season, the room will spike to 84-85+ degrees. So you will sweat or be extremely uncomfortable. Not sure why they don't have AC or even a fan for customers. 2. Talk about customers, there will be 4, 5+ people waiting in the "lobby"/room. He doesn't do appointments, so if you get there and there's people in front of you, be prepared to wait 2+ hours in this hot room. 3. When you get in the room with this dude, he has all these fancy degrees, continuing education papers blah blah. But don't let that fool you cause this dude barely knows more than you do. If you have a W2, just file it yourself at home for little to nothing. If it gets slightly more complicated, like corporation, business tax, or more complicated stocks selling like day trade, he sucks at it. Dude doesn't know the forms themselves and only input in the computer/software. Say if you ask a specific question about the form or why something is there when it shouldn't, he'll just say the computer does it and doesn't know about the actual question you have about the form.. What's the point of all these degrees if all you can't answer some basic questions without software doing it for you. You're the tax professional, not me. 4. Oh and also, $150-$200 to file a plain W2?? That's mad. Do it yourself and trust me it'll be less than $30. Avoid this place. If you need to go to a tax person, go to an actual professional.
