Monique is absolutely wonderful! She is supportive, straight to the point, doesn't waste your time, and gets things done. She was extremely thorough and diligent with every aspect of my divorce, as well as, with custody issues regarding my child. She walked me through each step along the way, answered all my questions, and explained all the legal terms in a way that was easy to understand, all without judgement. I am beyond grateful I found her to represent me. I would, without hesitation, recommend her! Monique seriously knows her stuff and is amazing at what she does!!

We worked with Monique to put together a will for our family and could not have been happier with the process. I highly recommend Monique and the law firm of Trocki/Paquin. Monique was professional and thorough throughout the whole process. During our first meeting, she took her time talking with me to fully gain an understanding of my circumstances and gave thoughtful suggestions and recommendations. During the process, she responded very quickly to any questions I had and resolved the matter at hand perfectly and in a very timely manner. She was very knowledgeable and direct in her interactions, while also taking the time to explain things in a very understandable way. Working with Monique was the easiest part of my wedding planning process. Going into the prenup negotiations I felt intimidated, unprepared and overwhelmed..
