The Truckers Justice Center and their entire staff handled my case. I am completely happy and satisfied with the professionalism and knowledge of their entire staff. Attorney Peter LaVoie represented me through the process from the start to my case resolution. Mr. Cassidy Nee handled the administration tasks exchanging emails and other associated tasks to resolve my case. There was not a single moment when communication, legal tasks, or other important objectives was not handled in a timely and professional manner. Paul Taylor is an excellent attorney because he is the god father of STAA, not an understatement. He'll fight for your rights and be your best advocate. You have to be honest with Paul and yourself though. Don't lie and waste the man's time. He's reached a level of expertise that's just beautiful to watch, and he gets the job done as efficiently as possible. It is a long process. Just a quick update after almost two years...Yeah Paul and his team at Truckers Justice Center are still the best!! Luckily I've not needed his services since my 2024 issue. Good folks here..They do great work..

Paul Taylor was the most knowledgeable & helpful out of all the various attorneys I spoke to. He responded back to me quickly, and was very genuine in his approach. During the consultation all my concerns were resolved to my satisfaction.

This is my real name what I write did occur: I, when I was a company driver, had an employer who refused to fix the brakes and demanded I drive from Laredo to New Jersey, no brakes (reroute the air dryer, use the jake, doenshift) When I refused, he locked me out of the truck. I called Paul Taylor, urged to do so by OOIDA, who loves Paul. Paul comes from two generations of trucking, and, yes, Paul worked in trucking himself. Paul did what he does and within a year I was handed a check for tens-of-thousands of dollars. As an owner op I was cheated by a company who had promised payment, but, decided to cheat me. Just flat out cheat me. I called Paul. IT WAS A POINT OF HONOR, RESPECT, NOT MONEY. Paul made them cut a check for the full amount AND extra...and forced them to pay him, Paul, 400$.This site lists their MAJOR wins, which have been substantial for drivers...but a 400$ payday? Paul took that case years after my first case, and only did it FOR THE POINT OF HONOR. Imagine Paul, in a trucking family, LIVING the pain and loss for his family whenever the family's trucking business was cheated, etc. Someone in his family taught him to fight, fight against big companies who misuse/cheat drivers. NOT be a corporate legal hack. Call Paul.
