He is clearly well-informed and has strong technical knowledge of investor visa requirements. During the consultation, he demonstrated the ability to explain complex immigration concepts in detail and in a structured way. He communicates calmly, listens carefully, and appears experienced in handling E-2 visa filings. That said, my experience was not entirely positive. One concern is the absence of a fast, preliminary case assessment. There is no simple pre-screening process to determine whether a case is broadly eligible or worth pursuing before paying for a full consultation, even when the client is only looking for an initial viability check. Another important consideration is the fee structure. There is no money-back guarantee and no free re-filing option. Legal fees are charged per application, and if a case is denied, the same legal fees apply again for any subsequent re-submission. For E-2 applicants investing substantial capital, this can represent a significant financial risk. However, my overall experience was mixed. One of the main drawbacks is the lack of a quick preliminary case review. There is no option for a brief initial screening to determine whether a case is generally viable before paying for a full consultation, even when the client is only seeking a basic yes-or-no assessment. In addition, there is no money-back guarantee or complimentary re-filing policy. Legal fees are charged per filing, and in the event of a refusal, the full legal fee is required again for each re-submission. For clients making significant financial investments, this can feel risky without any form of reassurance or flexibility. While he is a competent and experienced attorney, I believe that introducing a preliminary case screening process and more flexible fee or re-filing policies would significantly improve the client experience
