Reviews
Did not conduct an investigation just let the company say no that's not happening and I had no proof most likely got paid off like all government systems corrupted.
I called over a month ago to inform them that my boss steals our tips. Do they care? No, not at all! The Utah Labor Commission is as useless as they come!
They are about equivalent to the dmv as far as helpfulness. Takes 3 days to hear back, and they will just tell you that you’re missing something, then when you provide it, they take another 3 days to tell you that you need something else. I believe they want to make it as difficult as possible
Very efficient and helpful. Thank you Kathleen, Meredith and Jennifer.
Recently Pentalon Construction had the Justin White (State Elevator Inspector) on our jobsite. We couldn't be more impressed with his professionalism. From start to finish, his communication was clear and timely, making the entire process easy. He took the time to teach us along the way, explaining everything in detail and ensuring we understood what was needed and why. We appreciated his punctuality and accommodations ensuring his job was done correctly while also understanding our timeline. Overall, a very knowledgeable, and reliable inspector!"
