I was very disappointed with my experience. This attorney came across as passive and lacked compassion for my situation. She didn’t take the time to truly hear me out, and when I wasn’t able to respond over a holiday weekend, she abruptly dropped me without warning. I felt no empathy or understanding from her throughout our interactions. Each conversation left me feeling dismissed and belittled. Having worked with several attorneys on large cases in the past, I was shocked by her rigid and impersonal scheduling approach—if you don’t respond the same day, she moves on. I would recommend looking elsewhere for legal support that’s actually client-centered.

THANK GOODNESS FOR LAUREL ANDERSON! I had an ongoing workers comp case for 3 years, the first 2 of which I was working with a different law firm and it was an absolute nightmare. When I started working with Laurel she contacted me regularly, made sure I understood what was happening with my case, and genuinely cared about my well being. She was so personal and over the course of working with her she even got to know my daughter, and always asked about my grandkids, little things like that show exactly how much she cares about her clients. Laurel Anderson is really the best in the business. Make her your FIRST call if you have been injured and need representation to fight for your rights against L&I or your employer. Laurel has been in this business for many, many years and knows the laws and how to get you the help you need. I found Laurel in 2013 after I was injured at work and ended up needing surgery. It was a long road (5+ years) but Laurel was always there supporting me through the multiple IME's, Physical Therapy, Injections, Surgery and Rehabilitation after surgery.
