Pamela Marsh is an incredibly intelligent, knowledgeable, adept, compassionate and wise attorney. She is willing to educate herself on areas she may be less familiar with, which I think says a lot about her character and willingness to grow as a person and attorney to best guide her clients. I would highly recommend her services if you have any family court issue that requires an attorney. I found communication to be very prompt, timely and professional. Ms. Marsh will not let you down.

We have chosen to access Pamela Marsh's expertise on multiple occasions. Her resourceful brilliance and dedication to excellence has always produced favorable outcomes. I highly recommend her! As a family we all agree to practice the following CDC recommended safe physical distancing guidelines to help keep everyone safe! Remain at least 6 feet away from people outside our family approved circle. Wear masks when inside stores, when at work, or in other indoor public places. Wear masks when outside in public places when it is not possible to always stay 6 or more feet away from other people. Wash hands after touching things that many people outside our circle may have touched (a few examples: after going inside stores, handling mail, etc.) Let other family members know if you have had contact with people outside the circle (without masks and 6 ft distancing) ahead of meeting up with them to allow family time to make their own decisions about getting together. resulted in our ultimate satisfaction when her expertise was called upon.

Working with Jennifer Wagner on our wills was a really positive and affirming experience. She was professional, always well prepared and thorough, and provided great context to consider as we developed out legal plans and medical directives. We subsequently returned to her firm, Marsh & Wagner, for representation in a couple of real estate matters and, again, found the representation excellent. Pam Marsh's representation was ineffective against her opponent. The other attorney essentially ignored inquiries from her. Had to prod her to take action. Contact with her resulted in nothing but increased billing. Difficulty taking responsibility for not making copies of my documents for reference. I ended up resolving the situation with a mediator.
