Mr Walkon was the best. I was turned down 3 times. But he never gave up on me. According to the state of Michigan I met at least 5 of the points for meeting the criteria. Michigan is the worst for getting disability Get Mr. Walkon right away. You will be denied if you don’t have cancer or kidney disease. The office staff is great, Mr Walkon returns your call the day you leave it. Very courteous. Thank you again for staying ahead of the game and finally getting my disability approved. 🙏🙏

Well, what can I say? My wife and I have been living in a nightmare for the past three years since we moved to Michigan after my accident in October 2023. We almost lost our home. Our car was almost repossessed and we got close to $100,000 in debt because we had no one to help us and no support from the insurance company. Then my wife’s mom told me about Deeana Kaniowski. Her law firm represents individuals who have been injured and are applying for state disability when the denial has been issued. There’s a lot of bells and whistles and hoops to jump, but with the help of an incredible legal firm like The Law Center for Social Security Rights, it makes it easy to make no other decision than to go with them if you’ve had any injuries and are looking at state disability, especially if your appeal has been denied. The day we got the call that I was permanently disabled by the state as well as the money we would be receiving because of the injury that occurred two years ago, we were over the moon. My wife and I’s life changed for the better and ever since has been nothing but amazing. I’m really not sure where would be today without Deeana.
