If I could give him negative stars, I would. He was appointed as my daughter‘s juvenile attorney so obviously he didn’t want my daughter‘s case he didn’t show up to the first video conference. his secretary, both times I called was absolutely rude to me. Then upon meeting him on her court date, he yelled at us and pretty much took the state side and would not listen to us whatsoever. It was my daughter‘s birthday the day she had court, and he made her cry. The only evidence the state has against my daughter is hearsay, and I’m pretty sure hearsay can’t be used in a court of law, but our own represent live is yelling at her and pretty much telling her she’s guilty when I’m trying to tell him that she’s not. I have never had a more unprofessional awful experience in my life.

Wade K. Johnson is a crook. He rented an RV space from me in Sarasota Florida, he paid me with a bad check in the amount of $2,250.00. He has never made the check good. I have filed a complaint with the Office of Disciplinary Counsel in Bismarck. I am also turning the worthless check over to The State's Attorney here in Sarasota for criminal prosecution. Passing a worthless check here in Sarasota County is a Felony punishable by up to 5 years in The Florida Department of Corrections. My interactions with him have all been negative.

Ward Johnson is a good,friendly and helpful attorney. He sits with you in a very unintimidating manner. All the materials of your case will be disected and studied. Atmosphere is very pleasant. Overall, positive experience.

Would not recommend this attorney he is a crook I paid a huge retainer initially got one attorney that seemed very competent and was writing up an intent to file suit and then out of nowhere that attorney took another job and I was pushed off onto a law student who didn’t know anything and could not answer any of my questions and when it came to mediation I was ambushed and the mediator was a partner in the opposing sides law firm and I felt defeated and absolutely broke after giving them all my money and they knew that and left me with no other option other then to settle and lose pretty much everything as what do you do when your own attorneys are working for the other side and do not have your best interests in mind I have pondered on this for awhile now and I believe I will be writing the bar association and seeing if this is actual misconduct on my attorneys behalf please if your lively hood is at stake do not seek help from this law firm as most likely they will screw you over and just take your money they are just all about greed and do not care about their clients at all atleast that was my experience and I prey that no one else will have to experience this from this law firm if they would have even offered to reduce the fees or something it would have said something but they just chose to take what little I had left and just screw me and my family over I may have been ignorant in my decision to go into partnership with the people I did but their job as my attorney was to protect my investment and to protect me from losing absolutely everything when there was zero wrong doing on my part and my business partners had numerous fiduciary violations and torts claims etc I have not even seen this level of bad representation even from public defenders that are in co hoots with the county attorney’s

Ward, Nick, and the whole team are absolutely AMAZING! I would highly recommend them! They call you immediately and take any situation big or small extremely seriously! I don't know what I would do without them!
