I called multiple law firms when I needed help with my child custody & parenting plan modification. From the time of the free 10 minute phone consultation, I knew I was in good hands and that my search for a lawyer was over. Patricia took the time during the consultation to answer all of my questions with her full attention without being rushed. Visiting her office, I was greeted by her friendly staff and seen promptly. Throughout my case communication was top notch. I'm beyond satisfied with the work Patricia and her team did on my case.

A big thanks to Atty Patricia Warnock for accepting my case and the excellent service she provided. Going into this case, I was unsure of how to go about things due to my inexperience with legal matters. However, her dedication to protecting my rights and being thorough with her process made everything much easier for me. She is also highly efficient and never failed to keep me up-to-date. I highly recommend her, not just for her professionalism, but for the ways in which she communicates with her clients. Upon the first consultation, I was already confident that she would be the right person to represent me. Atty. Warnock exhibited empathy and understanding towards my case, while also displaying her expertise and knowledge in the legal field. I have worked with Patty a total of 3 times now for various reasons and every single time has been incredible! She is extremely knowledgeable, precise, professional and doesn't try to sell you a dream. It is very VERY clear that she is not in this profession for the money, but because she takes pride in what she does and enjoys it. Even after my divorce when she was no longer retained, she gave me advice when needed and never asked for anything in return. When I was served a ridiculous motion by my ex husband years after my divorce and called her in a panic, she was there for me immediately and took care of everything, completely easing my anxieties. When my new husband and I decided we needed a lawyer for another custody case it was a no brainer to go with Patty again. She gave us incredible advice, guided us through things that we could do to stay out of court and ultimately took our case on ONLY when we had exhausted all other options. When you talk to her about your case, it doesn't feel like you are talking to a salesperson or someone who thinks they are better/smarter than you, it feels like you are talking to an old friend that is helping you out. I will sing this woman's praises to the rooftops FOREVER for the things she has done for me and my family!!

I want to give attorney Patricia Warnock a 5 star review. I have a very complex interstate case as I live in Texas and the other parent lives in Nevada. I have to enforce the order in Nevada which thus puts me in position of being unable to retain a Texas attorney for my case. I have literally called over 25 attorneys in Nevada and most of them wouldn’t even respond given it’s out of state and an enforcement case. Not only was Patricia the only attorney who actually responded and took the time to complete a consultation it is evident she is highly knowledgeable in family law, she was supportive and went above and beyond to help me even in accessing files for my case. If I have the opportunity to retain her I will and even if not I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable attorney with compassion and the willingness to go above and beyond for those who are not even a client. I’ve been dealing with family law for over 15 years and this level of professionalism, compassion, concern and genuine help is uncommon.

I guess this place doesn’t want clients or something. Called earlier today to get more information about what court costs would be through them. The man on the phone asked me if I was Nevada resident. I thought it would be relevant to let him know that my husband was in the military so we do move around. Before I could even finish, he cut me off rudely stating “I only asked if you were a Nevada resident”. He then proceeded to tell me to only answer with short answers. Is this really how we talk to people now? I was completely respectful towards him saying “yes sir” and “no sir”. There was no justification as to how I was treated and I will not be going through them for my case.
