Attorney Fountaine will protect you in a fierce and compassionate way. He never encouraged me to fight for anything unreasonable and was efficient in handling matters. My ex tried to take advantage of the situation and Mike put a stop to it. The original offer I made to my ex 8 months prior to the mediation is what we settled on. I highly recommend him to settle any high intensity dramatic soon-to-be ex situation. The mediator cost is $150 per person. Clearly the 1 star review comes from someone who did not fair so well against him. I definitely won my divorce and would have happily paid more than I did to provide the outcome I received.

I suspect it may have been my ex-husband that wrote the previous belligerent review. He is quite angry that Attorney Fontaine is doing a stellar job at getting me a fair share of the marital assets after the dissolution of our 11 year marriage. Divorce is the most difficult thing I have had to endure. Never having gone through this process before, I was scared and didn’t know what to expect. A friend (who was also extremely happy with his services) referred me to Attorney Michael Fontaine, and I’m so grateful she did! Attorney Fontaine’s many years of experience were obvious right from my initial consultation. I had a lot of questions, and he and his team were patient and professional, and took the time to understand the details of my situation. Given the kind of person my ex-husband is, I knew this would be a very tumultuous ordeal. Not surprising, our case went to trial. Attorney Fontaine was amazing in the courtroom! When my ex took the stand, Attorney Fontaine effortlessly exposed him for the narcissist that he is, and successfully presented my final proposal as just and fair. He was aggressive with opposing counsel when needed, and always acted in my best interest. At the conclusion of the trial, it was clear that I was in a favorable position and would be treated fairly, much to the dismay of my ex. Going through a divorce is mentally and emotionally draining. Attorney Fontaine provided me much needed guidance on how to handle certain situations. It was reassuring that I was kept well informed on issues that arose, and the progress of my case throughout the entire process. Attorney Fontaine and his team were wonderful getting me through this difficult time, and I am thankful to them for a job very well done!

Michael Fontaine, a typical divorce lawyer you want to avoid! My Ex and I have spent thousands dollars thanks to his PROFESSIONAL assistance. Divorce is a very stressful process to both divorcers, so when a professional give you advice, you'd take it without thinking the bills you would have to pay later! He will give your ADVICES to fight, but beware you have to fight through your divorce attorney's, which means you have to communicate with your attorney (pay their time!), and then your attorney communicate with your Ex attorney (pay their time!) and fights ends no result then go to court (pay more even including their driving time!) As an attorney, his has an expertise on how to create the maximum steam of cash flow for himself, here are examples: 1. He advised my EX to fight for Primary custody of children, of course we ended up to court, a day after seeing the judge, court order is 50/50, just like I was asked from start, so all the fight ended up big gain for Michael Fontaine. 2. There was even more drama on the Mediation day. Before that day, we already agreed most of terms, on Mediation day, in the morning, all of sudden, Michael Fontaine told my EX to changed those term and made it unfair to me, so after 10 hours we finally agreed to where it was agreed before, we got the big bill to pay for those three attorneys: Michael Fontaine, the mediation attorney who pretty much did nothing; and my attorney. Now looking back my divorce, the fight he created didn't gain financial benefits to me or my Ex, but to HIM!!! When divorcee fight, the attorneys laugh!!! Michael Fontaine has many years of experience, and that experience empower him on knowing exactly how to push the buttons to make the customers fight with their husbands or wives: HELP them, HELP him, and the most wonderful things is: it is all LEGAL!!!

I was personally recommended by a close friend to Jack White and let me tell you, I AM SO HAPPY I WAS!! After speaking to several reputable law firms in Southern New Hampshire, i was at a dead end, I could not get what i needed done.. I was told "You have no recourse, You have no options, You are gonna have to just deal with it" Not only did Jack White give me different options, but he also resolved my issue with ease. This is the first time that i have ever written a review either if i received good or bad service. By Jack White resolving my issue, it also opened my eyes that, not all attorney's and law firms are created equal. Also it has opened my eyes that there is so many attorney's out there, that are giving legal advice and should not be! When i visited Jack White with my Civil Legal issue, i knew going in that i did not have an easy solution, But not like other attorney's he gave me options and the best way to execute them. Mr. Jack White i hope you read this review! Thank you!
