My experience with this firm was overwhelmingly negative. Instead of receiving clear guidance or support, I was met with communication that was confusing, dismissive, and at times unprofessional. Rather than helping me understand my legal situation, the interactions often made things more stressful and left me with even less clarity than when I began. As a client, I felt talked down to, rushed, and brushed aside whenever I asked for explanations or direction. When I decided to end the representation, even obtaining my own client file became an unnecessary struggle. The delays, the tone, and the lack of accountability only reinforced how poorly my case was handled from the start. This should be a basic, straightforward step, yet it has become an ongoing, avoidable delay that has made it even harder for me to move forward with my case.
