This firm is a masterclass in sleaze—flashy promises up front, endless billing in the middle, and nothing to show for it at the end. Trevor Creel is the worst of it: a clock-watcher who racks up fees while doing the bare minimum. When it mattered most, he didn’t just cave—he flat-out surrendered. I came in with a reasonable offer, and instead of fighting for his client, he rolled over like it was his job to make my life easier. If you want to throw your money away on someone who folds under pressure, hire him. Otherwise, run the other direction.

I reached out to the firm and explained my case and financial situation in the "pre-consultation" call. They recommended a $600 consultation call where I learned that my Attorney would be charging $545 an hour and wouldn't be leaning on a Paralegal to help with the paperwork. $7,500 minimum retainer, which my attorney claimed wouldn't even cover two emergency hearings to reinstate my support payments and request an immediate custody change due to negligence. I am grateful that my lawyer was able to piece mail a proposal letter to my ex, and that he fielded my very combative exes emails on his weekend. My contention with this firm is that they knew my very limited financial situation before recommending the $600 consultation. I spent $990 for their assistance and got nowhere because, as I had explained in the pre-consult call, my ex is combative, manipulative and plays games . I bring home $25,000 a year, which they knew, and to get nowhere and lose that much money is further damaging to my situation.

Richard responded promptly with a phone call regarding my email and an issue with my Divorce in Ohio and the QDRO - I sent him my documents and received a phone call late afternoon.
