I got t-boned by an old man.I felt bad for him, but he was 100%at fault. When I asked what kind of insurance he had he said, "Kemper." When he said that my heart kind of sunk because I have never heard of it before and it sounded like it would be completely awful car insurance. It was. The adjuster from Kemper called me up and she started to get very litigious and very angry and just downright mean. But that was the person that was going to be responsible for my claim. I knew when I was talking to this woman named Nancy from Kemper, that it wasn't going to be easy and that I had to get a lawyer. I just happened to call the right place. Will sure has been amazing. So Far, Karen Rodriguez is part of a team of property damage where they have the whole department dedicated to just helping you out with the property damage. She has been amazing! Wilshire does not have to do this. I had Jacoby and Myers for another suit and they did not try to help me out with my property damage pretty much at all. It was really refreshing to see somebody that doesn't have to help you out with your property damage claim and yet they have a full department for it. And I know it was not easy to deal with Kemper and their adjuster. They tried to warm out of so many things so many times. Alicia is handling my bodily injury claim. And she is also going through these problems with the same adjuster. But at the end, I keep getting comments from the car rental agency and the mechanic that was fixing my car, that Karen is amazing and she is prepared with all the tools necessary that she was able to finally negotiate everything and get me all of my property damage handled. She was really able to navigate quite a bit in that and I'm really impressed. I haven't even finished the case but I know Karen has wrapped up everything from my property damage and that's something that Jacoby and Myers straight up couldn't and wouldn't do. I wish I could send my case from Jacobian Myers to Wilshire. Because it has been about 2 years since my accident in my Jacoby and Myers place, And I have yet to see a dime. On the other hand, Wilshire has already had Karen knock this thing out of the park in about a month. It's really impressive and getting compliments for choosing her to represent me has been really cool to know that I made the right decision.

Everyone that worked with me and Wiltshire law was incredibly kind and helpful. They helped me out after my car accident and made everything easy for me every step of the way. ⭐ 1-Star Review My experience with Wilshire Law Firm was extremely disappointing. I came to them for help with a wrongful termination and discrimination case. I was told by that I had a strong case. Therefore, they would take my case. For two months I was repeatedly told by their staff that my lawsuit had been filed. I later discovered this was not true. They withdrew from my case just weeks before my Right-to-Sue deadline, leaving me very little time to find new representation. The disengagement letter they sent even stated that I terminated them, which is completely false. They decided to drop my case because they didn’t see a quick settlement and didn’t want to litigate. If you are up against a company with real lawyers and real resources, be aware that this firm will not fight for you. They appear to prioritize easy settlements over actually standing up for clients when litigation becomes necessary. I was told I had a strong case, up until the company I am filing the claim against lawyers started to play hardball. Wilshire tuck their tail, and ran.

I understand that every result may be different with anyone. But during the hardship I has after total loss of my car. Wilshire and Jocelyn helped me to all my threatment and getting me back to road to get a vehicle to commute. They are very communitive, and they made sure that I understand why some parts would take long. Overall, me exp with Wilshire put justice on my case. And they treat me like one or their family member through out the whole time. Thank you Jocelyn and your team and Wilshire!
