I spent over two years with Wise & Associates and I have zero regrets. I am beyond thankful for everything they did for me. Every single person in that office is very professional and actually cares about your situation and how it makes you feel. My attorney was Jennifer and she did every single thing she could for me and my family. I never once felt like I was on the back burner or that something else was more important. Each call or situation or worry was as important to Jennifer as it was to me. I called so many times the first six months about every little thing because I was so worried about doing something wrong and she never got mad or upset and for each one of those calls she took the time to explain and help me with whatever I had going on. At no point during those two years did I ever feel like I was alone or not being taken care of. I cannot recommend Wise & Associates enough. Jennifer is amazing and she will do everything she can for you and your family. If I could ever recommend somebody to trust with your family, the ones you really care about the most, it would be Jennifer.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Jennifer Fredrick at Wise & Associates. After a very difficult start with my first lawyer—who I felt took advantage of my situation—I made the decision to switch, and finding Jennifer was truly a blessing. From the very beginning, she was kind, compassionate, and incredibly understanding. She is clearly well-educated and experienced, and she took the time to walk me through every step of the divorce process in a way that made me feel supported and informed. I could email her at any time, and she always responded promptly, which brought me so much peace of mind during a very stressful period. There were moments when I was worried about fees as the sole income earner in my household, and Jennifer never once made me feel ashamed or pressured. Jennifer Frederick did an outstanding job representing me in my recent divorce. She thoroughly knows the law in Kentucky in regard to family law and divorce mediation. Her fees are reasonable and not excessive in comparison to other attorneys. She is well respected by judges, mediators and her peers in the law profession. I regret to express my profound dissatisfaction with the services provided by the law firm. I have experienced significant issues, including the misappropriation of my $3,000, and a lack of communication for over three years. I ultimately took the initiative to file my own divorce and complete the necessary paperwork independently. Moreover, the contact information provided for my new attorney led to a restaurant rather than a professional office. Each time I have reached out for assistance, I have encountered a different attorney with no substantial communication. I strongly advise potential clients to exercise caution and consider also shut down the Cincinnati location and never said anything just searched the Cincinnati location and it seems to not be nothing new with them
