One star for easy set up appointment and Karol's videos. However, I cannot recommend World One Law Group due to serious concerns regarding professionalism and data privacy. 1. Vishnu was late for 20 minutes for the paid consultation. When finally get on the zoom call, I can see he was sitting on the floor. 2. severe lack of data security protocols. They transmitted my highly sensitive personal information—including my exact salary, employer, and specific legal details—directly in the body of unencrypted calendar invites and 'recap' emails. 3. They also attached sensitive personal documents directly to emails rather than using a secure portal, and even asked me to send data to a personal Gmail account. For a firm that handles sensitive immigration matters, this level of technical negligence and breach of confidentiality is unacceptable. I have requested a full refund and a certificate of destruction for my records. 4. They initially cancelled my appointment saying that I didn't pay, but I actually did, which reveals the disorganization. 5. During the consultation, Vishnu keep giving me the wrong information that I had to correct him a few times. He's apparently unfamiliar with my case nor the i-601. 6. They gave me a quote a few times higher than other firms.

Karol handled our marriage based greencard she was so kind so understanding ! Going through immigration in the US is a gauntlet it is difficult and unforgiving - this team at World one is the most helpful and kind it was like having an emotional support attorney !

By far one of the most worst law firms I have ever dealt with. There is nothing personable or professional about this pleb like company except for when it comes to blood sucking you dry. They filed FOIA when that was an unnecessary use of my funds. I didn’t need that or request that. They never returned my money for services not rendered. All of them are on a different page and do not communicate with each other or ‘their client’ unless they feel like it. Various other attorneys have never heard of this place. Goes to show doesn’t it. I will be following up about my refund, to which they still have not responded. Not a surprise.

Words can describe the dedication, effort, and passion they put into to helping you in any way possible. We had an issue with a family member being stuck at SeaTac customs due to document issue and was about to get sent back to hometown. We called last minute at 5:30pm on Friday night PANICKING! To get any sort of help/answer and Lindsey, Karol, Vishnu, and Mandee got on it right away. They even worked on it overnight to try and get this done! WOW! With hours of back and forth with Customs and the team, we were able to reunite with my family member and everyone is happily in tears. We can’t thank Lindsey and the team enough for helping out with our situation. The communication they provided, phenomenal. Highly highly recommend! They got your back til the end!
