Alison consulted me on a question two other law firms refused to take - one simply refused, and other asked for photocopies of documents in advance before even speaking with me. My question was theoretical, and I don't think documents were necessary. Alison was patient, explained to me my rights and obligations several times, allowed me to follow up multiple times, until I finally understood everything 100%. Very patient and knowledgeable attorney - highly recommend. I would hire her for my case if needed!

After waiting two and a half years with no progress on my I-485, I finally filed a pro se WOM lawsuit against USCIS. That got the case moving, but then I received an extremely complicated RFE after the interview, targeting my past CCP membership. The RFE was overwhelming — they asked for incredibly detailed documentation, even questioning whether I had been funded by the CCP. We consulted over a dozen law firms, but this Yew Immigration Law Group stood out immediately.
