I cannot say enough positive things about York Gaskill Law Firm, and especially Stella and Frances, who were instrumental in helping my husband and me execute our trust. This process felt monumental for our family. We had never had a trust, a will, or any formal estate planning in place, and no one in our family had ever gone through this before. From the very beginning, Stella and Frances made us feel completely comfortable, welcomed, and supported. What initially felt overwhelming quickly became manageable because of their knowledge, patience, and guidance. They were incredibly efficient, thorough, and responsive, and they did an outstanding job incorporating our specific asks and concerns into the documents. Me and my wife wanted to execute our Will and Trust. We had a "ARAG Legal Plan" through my employer. We found Attorney office of "York Gaskill, LLC". We spoke to Attorney Chip Gaskill over the phone and he was very informative and provided guidance for next steps. Then the Attorney office sent a draft version of Last Will and Testament, Financial Power of Attorney, Georgia Advanced Directive for Healthcare, Revocable Trust, Quitclaim Deed. Once verification by us is completed, they gave very flexible timings, so that we can go to their office and execute the documents. It took just 20 minutes to execute the documents and they were very helpful. I would definitely recommend "York Gaskill, LLC" office. Thank You.

We've used York Gaskill for several family items that required legal assistance. And each time, Chip, Meghan and Chris have delivered great results for us. They have been highly responsive, very knowledgeable in their help, and focused on producing high quality work. They've immediately helped me whenever I have had a request, which is great and highly valued. Their fees are also very reasonable for their services and the great work they do. We had a great experience with Chip and Meghan Gaskill (again). They created a revocable trust and redid our wills. We found them to be very easy to deal with, very knowledgeable and helpful and also very reasonably priced. They were also very prompt to get back to us with our questions. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs work like this done!

I had used their service for estate planning and the complete process took less than two weeks. Mr. Gaskill explained all the questions patiently and guided me. Also, Ms. Lyn was very courteous, helpful, provided quick response and super nice to work with. I strongly recommend their service to anyone.
