From calling the office speaking with the secretaries, making appointments, and the service Mr. Ali provided the experience was great. The secretary was very kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and patient as I explained my situation. When making the Consultation appointment with Mr. Ali I was asked what would work best for me. Usually places will just give you their first available and you have to work around that schedule, but they worked around mine. During my consultation, Mr. Ali was very polite, honest, respectful, express concerns for my issues, listened carefully, answering every question or concerns I had, very patient, helpful, and supportive in my decision. The top 3 things that stuck out for me: 1: neither Mr. Ali nor his staff ever interrupted me when I spoke. (Even though I had them) 2: the staff were very nice and friendly 3: everyone there made me feel very important like I had been a client for years even the first time we spoke. Mr. Ali will have my business for life!

Zaki Ali is hands down the best lawyer I’ve ever worked with. His staff is ON TOP OF IT. They handled my case from start to finish, making sure I was informed every step of the way! They communicate very well and actually answer the phone when I call (unlike other attorneys offices I know). Most importantly, he got my ticket DISMISSED! 10/10 recommend. Don’t go to court with anyone else but Zaki by your side. Period. End of story.
