Avoid this place at all costs! I originally had a tax meeting last February. They didn't have my taxes done by the April deadline. When I call to follow up they typically didn't answer the phone but when they did my accountant didn't call me back. I have left messages and emails with the accountant and the firm. Zero response. Last week I finally got through and they put me on hold. Almost immediately the call was dropped and never did get a call back. At this point it kind of feels like shame on me for being this patient. I went into the office today to tell them to forget about it and I will be going elsewhere. From looking at the reviews it looks like this is something that happens often so I strongly recommend to not let Accounting & Tax "profressionals" waste your time!

Kirk Bond did my taxes for a few years and then left the firm . I had no problems with Kirk. Last year Jim M. did my taxes for 2023 and made an error on them. I paid $750 for that service. He told me that he would do an amended return right away. That was in May 2024. I never heard back from him after many calls. Had to finally take my taxes elsewhere to have an amended return done. And will have to pay probably another $500. Apparently Jim is too busy to correct his mistakes. Horrible service. Definitely will NOT be going back.

Jim and the ATP team have done our taxes over 25 years. They are always thorough and helpful in minimizing the tax burden with the latest changes in tax rules every year. They communicate throughout the process and I feel we get a fair assessment every year.

Absolutely love this place, they have always been so nice, know me by name, are awesome people when I have my kids with me. They fought the IRS and spent long hours for me when I struggled with some tax problems from a previous job. They are quick to get my stuff filed every year. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
