Just attended the Tax Hive in person conference and it delivered more than I could have anticipated. The speakers were engaging and so informative. I appreciated the topic on understanding asset protection and estate planning. Excited to implement more of what I learned. Excited to work with Jayden on tax planning and prep.

Great speakers at their headquarters, Tax Hive! I’m a business owner at EcoSpark Cleaning Service in Santa Rosa, CA, and the experience was excellent. If you’re looking for more than just someone to file your taxes—if you want a real tax roadmap for the upcoming year and unlimited support whenever you need it—this is the place. My husband and I traveled to Utah to take the Taxhive Accelerator class. What a wonderful experience. We learned so much; it was mind boggling!! We were able to meet several people from Taxhive and API Law. These people like Jayden and Devan are so knowledgeable about tax strategy and overall business building! If you are looking for tax strategy and a way to increase your business revenue…these are your people!! Don’t hesitate!

Most tax advisors optimize for persuasion. They sell confidence. They talk in generalities. They gesture toward “strategy.” Most tax advisors sell confidence. David (Mintian) D. works from the numbers. Every recommendation traced back to actual cash flow, marginal rates, and timing, no hand-waving, no vague “big savings” talk. Just clear tradeoffs and disciplined execution. Exceptionally detail-oriented. Knows the planning process end-to-end. By the book to the letter. Felt less like “doing taxes”/"tax planning", and more like building a clean financial system. Shout out too to Trevor P. (particularly appreciate his thoughtful candor in helping me understand the Tax Hive process), and Katie as well who helped navigate the initial intake process. And for Cherelle for the responsiveness and help in making our prior years' tax submission setup easy.

It's clear that they really care about their clients and their success. The details and resources that is poured into the workshops and tools is beyond anything I've experienced. As a growing business -- they provided me solutions and gave me peace of mind. Now, I can focus on what I do best (vs worrying about taxes, entity structuring, bookkeeping, filing, yada yuck 🤪 etc) I'm excited for my next level!
